I am a remote worker, a freelancer, a surfer, an outdoor enthusiast, a wife and a mum.
After having lived in the USA, Argentina, Ecuador, China and Colombia, I now live in Cantabria, in Northern Spain, together with my Brazilian partner and our little girl. I quit my full-time job in March 2016 and have been working remotely ever since. Sometimes as a backpacker, sometimes as a vanlifer, sometimes with a bike, sometimes with my surfboard. But always with my laptop.
I decided to start this blog because more and more friends would ask me when I would start to write my adventures, stories, ideas and advices down. And because I love writing of course, and it helps my twisted mind when I write my ideas down, it might help me bring peace in my mind. Maybe.
The name, the NonMad? Because my name is Manon, though people often call me Non. And well, in the end, I hope that some of my ideas and stories might help you readers to also go Non-Mad 🙂
